New Owner Orientation

Tailored for new RV owners, this orientation service goes beyond the basics, offering in-depth insights into RV ownership. We’ll cover maintenance schedules, troubleshooting tips, and answer any questions you may have.

New RV Owner Orientation is our newest service and was built around customer feedback. This hands on experience is a four hour session to learn how to operate and maintain your RV.

You receive one-on-one instruction about how to safely setup and operate your RV, as well as understand and fix common problems.

Together, we evaluate the overall condition of your RV and use the same tools I use to identify and fix common problems.

This is an exhaustive inspection covering all interior and exterior RV components including complex systems found in high end motorcoaches, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and toy haulers.

This inspection tier focuses on all major components including chassis, auto-leveling system, wheels, tires, suspension, roof, sidewalls, electric, plumbing, heating, cooling, solar, onboard generator, inverter, converter, major appliances, outdoor kitchen, furniture, cabinetry, flooring, liquid propane system, safety equipment, and slideouts.

On Toy Haulers, we inspect the rear cargo ramp, tie downs, fuel station, air compressor, HappiJac® bed lift system, and patio.

On motorcoaches, we inspect all cab controls, driver convenience items, lighting, cameras, and air suspension controls. We also provide optional oil, transmission, and cooling fluid analysis.

Our reports include up to 80-100 photos and videos.

Water Heater Maintenance

Keep your water heater in optimal condition with our specialized maintenance service. We’ll inspect, clean, and ensure your water heater operates efficiently for a reliable and comfortable RV experience.

Wheel Bearings

Recommended annually or serviced every 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.​

Furnace Maintenance

Recommended annually to improve performance and heating efficiency.

  • Reassemble furnace using new gaskets.

  • Some prices are listed as a flat rate, while other prices listed are by the hour. These do not include our $100 service fee, extra mileage fee (if applicable), parts, or sales tax.
